Like most of you, we are preparing for the impact that COVID-19 is going to have on our daily lives and communities. As always, our top priority and commitment is to keep our customers, employees and families safe and healthy.
We ask that if you have a cold or flu symptoms, or if you’ve been on a trip recently, that you practice quarantine protocols to protect yourself, your loved ones and your neighbors and us. Please do not come into our office, as a precaution and a caring gesture to our staff and other much valued.
Engaged and Committed to Helping Control COVID-19:
We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation, especially governmental mandates, and recommendations set forth by the World Health Organization (www.who.int) and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (https://www.cdc.gov/). At the same time, we are continuing to operate our business and provide you with the high quality prints, products and services you have come to expect from Global Printing Solutions.
Business Delivery Service:
To protect you and our drivers, Global Printing Solutions drivers will be implementing additional Steps to Prevent Illness as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. To avoid contact altogether, please include instructions with your order if you’d like us to leave it outside your office door or in your reception area. When available we will note the name of the person’s name receiving the order.
Local Home Delivery Service, will also be available:
To support working from home, we remind you that we can offer as an option, residential delivery services. We can leave packages at your front door to avoid unnecessary contact and will call the number on the order to communicate that your package has arrived.
Coming to our stores:
We are also expanding our normal cleaning efforts to include frequent disinfecting of counters doors and pens. We are practicing appropriate social distancing of three feet in our customer service areas. We will continue to monitor CDC updates and guidelines and adhere to all new information as we receive it.
Again, health and safety is a top priority. We’ve been operating in this great city for over 30 years now and we’re here to help support your business and do our part in keeping our community safe.
